The website describes our products and is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and it does not form part of any contract.
Nothing on the website is medical advice. Sample reports, calculators and examples are illustrations only and must not be used to make decisions about the care of any patient. The ROI calculator gives estimates based on the figures you enter and is not a guarantee of results.
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or to our systems, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or malicious content through its forms, or collecting information from it by automated means. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to security@c-encode.com.
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, sample reports and software, belong to C-Encode or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own information. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse the content for any other purpose without our written permission. C-Encode, DXA Encode and our logos are our trademarks.
The website links to services run by others, such as our scheduling and social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, C-Encode is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content.
